joana&pedro: Los Pumas Junto ASSAL Decomisan 540 Kg De Carne Vacuna En Una Carnicería En Reconquista

En prevención de delitos y/o contravenciones, como así también al estricto cumplimiento del Aislamiento Social Preventivo y Obligatorio Personal de la Guardia Rural "Los Pumas", Sección 26 de Reconquista realizo el siguiente procedimiento:

Efectivos policiales prestaron colaboración a personal de ASSAL Delegación Reconquista, donde de inspección en local comercial "SIN RAZÓN SOCIAL", ubicada en calle Pietropaolo entre sus similares de calle 42 y 44 de la ciudad de Reconquista, atendidos por su titular - responsable un ciudadano, de 44 años, comerciante; lugar donde personal Bromatológico decomiso diferentes cortes cárnicos de origen vacuno en un total de quinientos cuarenta (540) kilogramos aproximadamente los que resultaron ser de procedencia no segura, no contaron con sellos sanitarios de Entes autorizados y/o carecieron de documentación correspondiente; por lo que confeccionaron para el caso acta de estilo, procediendo a la desnaturalización del producto carneo, mediante digestor del frigorífico FRIAR de la ciudad de Reconquista; siendo trasladado el propietario en calidad de aprehendido hasta Sede Policial donde se lo notifico de sus derechos, y de la existencia de una por Infracción al Art. 206 del C.P.A. (Violación a las Reglas Establecidas por las Leyes de Policía Sanitaria Animal); finiquitados los trámites de rigor se retira sin tomarse ninguna medida restrictiva contra su libertad. Interviene UFI - Reconquista.-
